The combination of difficult environmental conditions and the type of material that is highly resistant to marking, such as ceramic tiles, calls for the combined action of a robust marking system and the exclusive chemical formulation of inks that ensure perfect adhesion.

Regardless of the type of production, Zanasi inkjet systems are designed for high-contrast printing on resistant materials and to avoid the discard of products that are difficult to mark again.

Zanasi small character inkjet systems are equipped with a flexible printhead to print directly on the edge of the tile, with no packaging. High-adhesion inks allow to print batch, company logo and barcode, perfectly readable for retail sale, traceability, format and model identification.

Printing accurate and complete information, such as alphanumeric characters, barcodes, production dates, batches, descriptive texts and logos on the tiles packaging box, allows the product to be identified throughout the entire logistics process. Direct printing eliminates the costs of storage and handling of pre-printed labels or packaging, while guaranteeing the traceability and constant control of warehouse stocks.
