Z1 HP

The ZANASI thermal inkjet system, suitable for complex coding at high resolution and speed, ensuring accurate, clean and reliable printing. Z1 HP is compact, lightweight and easy to integrate, perfect even for production lines with limited space. The control unit and ink cartridge, which can be replaced in a few seconds, ensure easy and immediate use.

Designed for the most demanding industries, Z1 HP offers maximum efficiency without compromising performance. The system ensures perfect adhesion and high contrast on a wide range of materials, both porous and non-porous: paper, aluminum, flexible films, plasticised and painted boxes, labels. By combining alphanumeric characters and DataMatrix codes, it ensures defined printing and complete product traceability.

SOFTWARE INTERFACE

The Z1 HP System offers complete and intuitive control, which can be managed directly from the printhead control panel built into the system or remotely using the proprietary Z-TIJ Remote Manager software.
From the control panel, you can select print images, check ink levels in real time and start or stop the system in one click for maximum convenience and operational responsiveness.

HP TECHNOLOGY

High print quality thanks to HP cartridge, available in a wide range of water- and solvent-based inks, available in different colors. Fast-drying, high adhesion results in sharp, durable markings, even on non-porous surfaces such as aluminum, flexible films, plastics, and painted cases.

Plug & Play

Small and compact, weighing only 550 grams, it easily integrates into any production line. It is ready to use, just insert the cartridge and press the power button. The cartridge is equipped with a SmartCard chip for automatic recognition of the ink used and the remaining ink level.

No maintenance

Easy to use and maintain, all wear parts are contained in the cartridge: with each replacement, you have a new print head. A quick operation that requires no technical knowledge and helps reduce production downtime.

All in ONE

In a small space, it combines a control panel, a cartridge and multiple connections for external accessories and devices, and for network management. Using a simple USB stick, it is possible to transfer messages and the setting and control information of the accessories.

Expandable

The multi-head management using the Z-TIJ Remote Manager software makes the system easily expandable. The Z1 HP solution allows for new systems to be connected, in a simple way and without additional costs, following the evolution of specific production needs.

Remote management

Z1 HP can be connected to the network or it can be operated remotely in a specific department. Remote management is entrusted to Z-TIJ Remote Manager, the powerful and intuitive proprietary software for easy message creation and the remote control of one or more systems.

Food Contact Inks

The Z1 HP system uses food contact inks for food packaging that are high contrast, EuPIA compliant and produced under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) procedures. MEK-Free formulation available, the perfect balance between performance and safety.
