INKS FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS

Opaque pigmented inks are used to guarantee high levels of contrast on dark surfaces and make marking clearly readable. Some of the colors are formulated to create an evident contrast on light and dark surfaces, thus eliminating the need to use more than one ink.

Cable marking requires greater attention to the choice of ink, after extrusion and before coil winding the cables are still hot. The ink must perfectly adhere and resist during the coil winding phase without transferring on contact areas. Zanasi products are developed to adhere even in the presence of plasticizers, reduce transfer, resist to atmospheric agents and remain throughout the entire life cycle of the product.

Some materials and applications require large character marking. The inks for large characters have been specifically developed to deliver a clearly visible marking, even from a distance, at a great value for money. They mainly dry by absorption in the printed substrate and are not classified as dangerous according to Reg. 1272/2008 CLP.

Ink formulated to print any text, graphic or barcode in accordance with standard UCC/EAN 128 at very high resolution for a total customization of the packaging.
Zanasi black, red and blue inks can reach consistent quality and high definition to produce clear and precise codes, with an excellent resistance to atmospheric agents.
All Zanasi products are free from Mineral Oil (MOSH and MOAH).
