ZANASI sustainable marking at Ipack-Ima 2022

ZANASI has realized its own vision of sustainability with the CIJ.Z coding solution, that removes all barriers of technological skepticism, easy to use, accessible to everyone and respectful of the environment. A project of sustainable innovation, aimed at supporting the objectives of manufacturing industries related to environmental, economic and social impact, which was presented at the 2022 edition of Ipack-Ima, completely dedicated to the subject of sustainability and eco-friendly materials.

We have welcomed our customers in an open space booth, to visually represent ZANASI’s sustainable promise and above all its commitment to transparency, that takes shape with CIJ.Z, the first and only marking system that can be configured according to your needs. Each component can be chosen separately, the individual features are assembled in a platform that recognizes the different modules and returns a unique and personal product.

Value over time and technology without expiry: CIJ.Z goes beyond the idea of “throwaway” technological product in favor of a platform with a sustainable Industrial Design, developed to offer the opportunity to reconfigure the printer over time adapting to production changes and to future technological innovations, reducing the environmental impact.

Orkestra®, the software that walks with you
The Orkestra® software interface has also been programmed to be flexible and follow the system’s modularity. Depending on your needs, you can expand the printing system’s hardware and automatically update the Orkestra® software with the new modules to enhance and manage the new features. A software which is ALWAYS NEW, at a certain cost over time.


The concrete sustainability: less waste, conscious disposal
We have developed an innovative design for extra-light cartridges: the lightest on the international scene of small character inkjet marking (CIJ)! The sustainable design allows us to use 50% less plastic*, while maintaining the ink content unchanged. This results in a lower exploitation of fossil fuel and in halving the environmental impact of the hazardous industrial waste during disposal.
