ZANASI’s range of inkjet printers is specifically designed to achieve high performance even in demanding production environments that require durability and efficiency, with shifts requiring constant 24-hour operation. The systems ensure high-quality coding on profiles, laminates, foils, tubes, and a wide variety of substrates. Reliable construction is encapsulated in a compact and robust stainless steel cabinet with a high IP rating for seamless integration even in hard-to-reach areas. The markers are easy to maintain, ensuring continuity of production and avoiding line interruptions.

At the end of the manufacturing process, aluminum sheets must be marked according to international regulations and standards. This is a critical step in ensuring traceability and identification of the sheets throughout the supply chain.

ZANASI’s inkjet marking systems can control and manage, simultaneously, more than one printhead, to mark small and large aluminum surfaces. Multiple configurations enable the management of customizable “just-in-time” solutions, offering maximum flexibility:

• repetitive and constant marking of alphanumeric text at fixed distances using the “print repeater” function, manageable in real-time or remotely;
• management of multi printheads with independent and simultaneous creation of different messages for each head;
• prints that include multiple information such as alloy type, dimensions, and manufacturer’s name or logo, including specific codes for traceability and quality control.

The manufacturing process of metal products such as tubes and profiles involves hot rolling and extrusions, welding, and bending of sheets and plates making production an extremely difficult environment.

ZANASI has formulated a range of ad hoc high-viscosity, high-contrast inks to ensure perfect legibility at all times, even on dark-colored surfaces and in the presence of special treatment processes, such as galvanizing, painting, or powder coating allowing fast-drying and holding even on oily or treated surfaces, for:

• high-quality coding on curved surfaces;
• high-contrast inks for printing even on dark substrates;
• fast-drying inks with perfect adhesion and durability;
• high-defined prints for traceability, product information, regulations, certifications, quality marks, and logos.
