Radical Industrial Design where the internal and external components of the printer, the hydraulic system, the cartridge and the printhead are all «transparent» elements, visible in their functionality.
The individual parts are assembled on a platform that recognises the different modules and returns a unique and personal product.

Set up YOUR printhead
The nozzle plate of the printhead is interchangeable.
The particular design of the nozzle plate has been created to customise the head according to the height and printing speed required, adapting the ink consumption to the actual conditions of the production process.
Simply replacing the nozzle plate, available in the 50µM and 60µM versions, reconfigures the head according to new print resolution or speed requirements.

Filter adapted to your productivity
System performance is guaranteed by the correct choice of the filter depending on the working hours, without having to pay higher costs during purchase or maintenance.
At any time, the filter can be replaced with a model suitable for the new working shifts.
The other parts subject to routine maintenance are transparent and visible. They can be removed individually for easy replacement by the operator, without errors.

Connection module
The flexibility of the module allows you to activate or extend new connections based on the new needs of data transmission and interface with external devices, without modifying the hardware.
Following the Industry 4.0 requirements, the individual interconnection functions simplify integration and data exchange and reduce costs related to the introduction of new tools.

Ease of use is the basis of the project with a functional design logic that instinctively activates a physical action on the device and automates repetitive actions.
The ergonomic line uses a contrasting combination of shapes and colors to divide the front part, dedicated to ordinary activities such as switching on, opening of the door or insertion of the cartridges, and the body of the printer, dedicated to technical assistance.

The Industrial Design suggests and guides the physical action on the device, such as the simple replacement of the cartridge.
Smart and transparent cartridge, without leakage or errors.
The ink level is visible and the replacement is controlled by the system through NFC technology, that recognises and configures the cartridge and avoids exchanges between different types of ink or solvent cartridges.

In case of interruptions or long stops CIJ.Z restarts without problems thanks to a continuous cleaning and self-regulation circuit of the printhead, reducing interventions on the line.
The transparent pipes inside the head make viscosity, the correct ink flow and the absence of obstructions clearly visible. The quality of the fluid inside the circuit guarantees the cleanliness and printing performance of the printhead.
